Really nice pub in the village. Staff are friendly and the beer garden is great. The food was really nice and enjoyed. The steak and ale pie was such a big portion, was stuffed! It was very nice. They don't publicise it well, but the pub is dog friendly in the tap room left door and beer garden.
We were looking for a pub to celebrate a birthday. The menu seemed to offer the usual pub food but we were very impressed with the quality and the presentation. One aspect that stood out was the friendliness and kindness of the staff - there is a nice vibe there and we were delighted they arranged a birthday candle for the birthday boy. One of the staff members showed me around the pub and explained different parts relating to its history - very interesting with priest holes and tunnels. My only concern was that next to my table was something that looked like a knight in shining armour, but I was convinced he could have been after my pudding. Thank you for a positive experience.
Wonderful atmosphere with great food. We made a special trip to this pub because it's the oldest in England. It did not disappoint! The staff even went out of their way to show us all the historical features.... Priest holes, tunnels ect. Clean and covid safe, we highly recommend a stop in.
Great traditional pub. We were meeting family here for a walk. Massive car park is a bonus. Pun in lovely village. Traditional dark wood. Great range of well kept beer. Lunchtime menu and food excellent. The team are super friendly with board Yorkshire accents. Strong recommendation to book - I was told they sometimes have tables of 20+ people. Will be visiting again.
We had a superb Sunday lunch with family. All the meals were freshly made, good quality ingredients, presented beautifully & most of all DELICIOUS. The staff were very professional, attentive, pleasant and non intrusive, with just the right amount of friendliness. Thank you to everyone for our lovely family time in your amazing Inn.
Can't fault it, good selection of ales, fantastic beer garden. Great staff that enjoy the craic making all feel welcome. Food was superb. If your near definitely worth popping in
The Bingley Arms Bardsey is the Best Place. It specialises fantastic outstanding and amazing qualities that no other pubs can match Food 10/10 Pub atmosphere 10/10 Staff 10/10 Chef 10/10. Service 10/10 Bar 10/10. Hygiene 10/10 TV sports 10/10. This says it all fabulous Honestly if you like Sunday lunch I highly recommend all dishes. I cannot recommend this place enough. I don’t eat anywhere else other than the the Bingley Sheer delight and pleasure. So treat yourself for an experience of a life time.
Called in for drinks and what a lovely pub / restaurant! Extensive menu with lots of choice, we saw the home made steak & ale pie being served and it looked fantastic Lovely friendly staff happy to have a chat and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back and will be eating next time!! x
Really friendly welcome at this lovely old pub with interesting history. Located in a beautiful area. The food was really good and loved how they did a choice of two different sized portions. Can’t wait to return.
Amazing service a great pub food here! Everyone was really helpful and friendly and couldn't have done more for us. Food was great, cheese & bacon burger and the lasagne were delicious! Would definitely visit again!
