I have bought a bike and many other bits and pieces from this shop Derby They are always helpful and competitive on price. The turnaround on repairs is quick too. For me the best bike shop in Derby.
Purchased a la free electric bike over 23years ago, still got it and it's still like new. The service was great, with no complaints. Many thanks. Update 2019: Motor controller fail, replaced with cheap Chinese controller. The beat goes on!
Great service, excellent advice
Surly and dismissive attitude. Didn't want to know so I walked out and spent £100 elsewhere.
I had a puncture and I just needed my tyre inflating. They said no. How mean can you get.
Had to get my bike fixed and was in a bit of a state about it. They were so kind and helpful. I also though it would be very expensive but it was berry reasonably priced. Can’t recommend them enough.
