First class service. The knowledge that the staff have is why everyone should use their local bike shop. Nick has a great team with really friendly staff that are not pushy. Highly recommend buying your bike and all of the gear including servicing, simply SUPERB!

Great service and friendly, polite staff who seem perfectly comfortable serving hardened cyclists, family riders and total beginners alike. Highly recommended. As for the workshop, great staff although very busy.
I would love to visit Samways and them actually have some bikes in the shop. Their selection of bikes is always very poor. Samways please get some more stock into your shop

Went in for a new bar end, nice staff had a coffee while they re wrapped my bars for free
I broke a brake handle and went to samways to get a new pair. I've been told that it was a premium shop here and halfords was a more appropriate shop for the standard of my bike. Seriously ??
