I don't often take time to write long reviews, but I was so blown away with the level of professionalism here, I made an exception. 

I bought an exceptional bike at an excellent price and it was given a warranty and service to boot, incredibly impressed with the customer service. They couldn't do enough for me and I left feeling like they were doing me a favour (how often does that happen?). 

I think the owners of this Business (was provided with advice and assistance from Brian and Nigel) should be running courses to the rest of the motor industry on what exceptional customer service looks like, although they might struggle to fit this in alongside serving a constant line of customers who know a really good think when they see it.

Rest assured the Bike Depot will be receiving all my business from now on....

I live in London and I bought a scooter from Nigel a few months ago without visiting the shop, just from pictures. He personally delivered the scooter to me for a fair price and the process was very smooth. Highly recommended.

Partner Sue and I decided to buy a Harley after spending 17 years without a bike. Found a Heritage Softail Classic at Bike Depot so went to have a look. These guys are just so damn polite and helpful. Paid for the bike and had it delivered a couple of days later. Getting along just fine but waiting for some glorious weather as usual. However have since found out some four weeks later that although the Harley was supposed to have been checked over before delivery, they clearly didn't as the transmission oil level is about one inch lower than it should be and isn't even showing on the dipstick. I now have to change the oil myself to make sure no further damage can be done which hopefully, it hasn't.
