I ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday last week in the shop which I went to pick up today but they told me that someone had “accidentally” taken it . They offered to give me a cake that was bashed in on the side and was there since the previous week that I went it stating they are all the same and would give me a discount. I told them that as its a birthday I do not want a faulty stale cake . They were then acting as if I was at fault for not wanting a stale cake when I specified that it was for a birthday last week .

Best place for Italian produce and a friendly smile, wouldn't go anywhere else, their staff as so helpful and attentive, highly recommend!

Lovely food and choice but the staff really out-do each other to be most rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Place would be 100% perfect if it wasn't for interfering customers.

Lovely pasta selection. Quality Quality Quality. Excellent Italian meats/cheeses. I go out of my way to stock up in here.

Good selection of produce from different European countries Italian, French, Spanish..., fresh fruit, veggies and really good ice cream - 5 stars just for their gelato.

Did not clean their equipment for ice cream. Chocolate tasted like coffee because they did not clean their ice cream scooper. Lady told me I would be charged for another scoop. We are good customers and staff are indifferent and rude. Would not recommend.

Great shop, wonderful selection of really good quality Italian products, cold meats and cheeses as well as dried goods. However over the last 18 month is or so that my household had been shopping here the staff have consistently been less than friendly and eager to interact with customers. There is never a smiling face or a sense that your costom is valued, they also regularly cut cold meats/cheese slices as thick as possible should you ask by slice rather than by weight in order to max the cost. This is a slightly unconscionable practice that is frustrating both financially and because the meats are ruined by being cut improperly. Please stop doing this.

Amazing little Italian market … you’ll find everything fresh and tasty… highly recommended for gelato in summer time… and the deserts are sooo good!  I usually buy veggies here, because they have a great variety and they are always fresh! I love this place

Fresh fruit'n'veg alongside a delicious deli with wonderful baked goods - authentic Italian foods and the variety & selection is Umbria/Toscana/Siciliana in a shop, even more choices in December
