I had asked to see Charlotte for my blood test following a visit with my partner gut whom I am the carer. I mentioned the problems I have with blood tests and the difficulty phlebotomists have with me. So when I booked my appointment I asked to see Charlotte. The receptionist was not best pleased and I had to wait 6 weeks to see Charlotte. Saw her today. She hit blood first go. No pain. No bruising No plaster needed. Well worth the 6 week wait. And so nice I would wait 6 weeks any time to see her. Thank you Charlotte.
Awful service and not enough space to cover it all here. 35 minutes to go from caller 4 to caller 3 in the queue. I'm sure no-one gets to speak to them for that long on the phone. Want a doctor to see our daughter about a chronic runny nose. Received a text from them to go to the pharmacy, despite us and our records explaining we've tried everything. She needs an allergy test as a starting point but they don't want to see people. It seems that Covid changed things and it's never going back to the point where you can just ask for an appointment and get one. People don't want to explain their life/medical history to a receptionist.
My 7 years old was having severe hayfever to grass pollen where pharmacy stuff didn't help anymore blocked nose all time and unable sleep because of that. Called the surgery in the afternoon and got an appointment to see the GP next day. The GP prescribed stronger antihistamine and nasal spray which helped to reduce the symptoms promptly and efficiently. We can't fault the service.
Bloods taken by Charlotte. Amazing, no pain, no bruising she was absolutely brilliant. Practice informed me they were running late by five minutes when you booked in. No issues from me
A pleasant experience. A few health issues recently. The initial call was answered by call back because initially I was number 28. The call back service worked well and the lady who handled my call was very friendly and got me to where I needed to be. Despite being busy all the Hackwood partnership practices other best. I’ve now seen one doctor resulting in physio and some other tests all within 1 week. Can’t complain. Thank you NHS and Hackwood. Today Thursday 6/6 the Beggarwodd receptionist was friendly and the nurse I saw was also friendly, happy and considerate.
I had my bloods done today by Charlotte. She is lovely . I explained they usually have issues getting blood from me .However she did it no problem, with no pain or bruising .Thank you Charlotte.
Had a great experience having my stitches out. I have a phobia of stitches but it was dealt with understanding and empathy by the nurse. Thank you
Charlotte was very patient and good with my Mums tests today and noted she had a blood test booked for September so did this at the same time saving mum another blood test - many thanks Charlotte
Despicable place. They don't answer phone calls. Refuses to see your GP. Not taking action of written complaints. Absolute shocking medieval service. Unfortunately they are absolute careless people in NHS these days
