So well organised to protect from Covid. I was concerned about going but felt very safe

The receptionists do an amazing job.  They are so helpful and go out of their way to find a solution to your problem.  I appreciate the way that the whole staff work together to improve standards and move the surgery forward.  Thank you.

Doctors were pleasant and receptionists were helpful on the few occasions I had to visit. However, they could drop the music in the waiting area along with the TV as I didn't go for a pint in  a pub.

On call doctor was extremely polite and professional! One of the receptionist was very helpful and smiley, I think there is one grumpy one that gets all the negative feedback, but that’s for management to see and take action! Over all great experience!
