I thought they had closed for good. What's the point of being registered with a drs that don't see patients? If you don't do an online form before noon you have to wait until the next day and hope you got one of the winning tickets. Someone needs to tell them covid isn't an excuse anymore
Done the form 2 days ago in when they didn't open till half 1 In afternoon then done the form online answered what I needed 2 done all the symptoms I have last night started feeling worse think I might have a chest infection both side of my. Neck are swollen I'm diabetic was told to book a time so I did thought I would have a call today then I checked the date again said September so I rung them and said I'm really. Unwell I can't wait 5 weeks but no help then I done form again said it's urgent got a text no appoints left today call 111 no I'm not doing that
Where my partner joined Crown Heights Medical Centre as a patient we had nothing bad to say but as time gone on its just getting worse and worse. We can never seem to be able to get an appointment to see a doctor and when they say that a doctor will call back it's allways seems like it 50/50 to whether one does or not. My partner had a serious accident in 2008 and since then my partner has been on very strong and controlled medication which I collect for him every week twice a week. Since last week without any warnings or consulting Crown Heights have tried to change his medication and doses to a cheaper make but we explained before when he tried it didn't agree with him nor did it work. Because of the type of medication it is chemist do not stock in it has to be ordered in so because of there mistake my partner has gone 4 days and 4 nights with out his pain medication and there answer is its Still with the doctor after so long and to call 111. Even if we did that we still have to wait for the medication to be order in. I have never never come across a doctors that is so rude and disorganised. No one communication properly. I am absolutely disgusted. Also because its a controlled substance and high dose painkiller it's made my partner and me do things that we never thought we'd see ourselves doing to ease his pain. People should not have to feel like their being back into a corner like this. Where people are in so much pain its making them suicidal. Like I have said before I'm disgusted
I did a form to my doctors today about my knee its been very painful for over 2 weeks now and not for the first time either. I was delighted to get a text message a few hours later saying the doctor wanted to see me face to face and to click a link to make an appt well surprise surprise it was a lie The link was for a telephone appt in Sept starting on 11 th and thats for a telephone call i knew the NHS was bad but this is atrocious i am to go on holiday on August 30 th for 10 days but may not be able to now. What can we do other than pay to go private? Writing to the new health secretary not that it will make much difference.
Absolutely shocking, whilst i was pregnant i had to wait at least half an hour sometimes even an hour jsut to be seen, today i took my 1 year old daughter for her jabs and checked in when i got there, waited 35 minuite then asked reception how long it was going to be to then be told that the nurse was off sick and forgot to cancel the appointment. Crown heights is an absolute joke!
Hands down the worst GP service I have ever experienced. Pre pandemic it was somewhat bearable and you could get an appointment. Last few times I dealt with them I waited 4 weeks and then 6 weeks for a PHONE CALL! I get the purpose of the online form and don’t mind it too much, but tried to do it at 11am and apparently it’s closed for the weekend already as they’re ‘at capacity’ according to reception. Unless you do the form exactly at 8am best of luck to you. And unless you are dying in which case they refer you to 111 anyways, you might get appointment in the next 6 months over the phone call…
Couldn't give Crown Heights any stars as the service I received this morning was awful. Called surgery at 8am for an on the day appointment. Was told to call 111 as there were no appointments left. Called 111 who asked me a load of pointless questions only to be advised to ring my GP surgery again. Called my GP surgery who told me they had no appointments left and advised I call 111 again. Called 111 who told me to call my GP surgery...and around and around we go. Awful service and no further forward to getting any help.
Appalling service. They don't send referrals and lose forms left, right and centre. My son's autism referral is now a year late because they lost 3 separate forms!! Their answer for everything seems to be physiotherapy. Moving to another practice in hopes of better treatment.
They failed to diagnose me. Referred me to specialist then ignored requests for medication made by the specialists. Resulting in delayed recovery, discharge from physio due to ignored request for pain relief. Not fit for purpose. Was given a procedure date through the hospital faster than a prescription from these.
I am new in the practice and can't understand how this place work like... I booked appointment earlier for my prescription just incase doctor want to talk or make more tests... noone contacted me I had to chase them but apparently in the end I stayed without medication still no idea what's going on and noone in there know how to help me...
