I have completed my facial training with Jenny at The Beauty Academy and it was the best! Jenny is so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The training was great, with plenty of practice in a professional and clean environment. Thank you so much Jenny.

I used The Beauty Retreat to get my Eyebrows shaped and tinted, I like to use and support local businesses where-ever possible, its a shame the owner doesn't have any Customer Service skills. I had my Brows done by Sarah, the Senior Beautician, who is a lovely friendly lady but clearly has no clue how to Wax Eyebrows! I used to have my brows done by Lauren K but she left so I thought I would give her a go, I mean, How bad can it be? She is a Senior staff member and must know her way around a waxing pot? Well, unless you want to leave looking like Dennis Healey, I would give them a wide berth! I was in there for ages, she clearly was not confident waxing them and even said during the never ending session "Brows weren't her thing"... WOW! She weren't kidding. I left with my brows still covered in Dye and I don't believe she removed 1 strand of hair from them or the arch tho she did manage to remove a massive chunk from the top of my brow.. All in all very very disappointed! I asked for a refund as I wasn't happy paying £21.00 for such a rubbish wax but the owner wasn't interested that a Customer was unhappy with a treatment, ignored my email and refused to refund me but instead invited me back to have them done by her a good offer but no thanks. So to end, if you decide to put your Brows in Sarah's inexperienced hands, GOOD LUCK! I personally could have done better myself and saved £21.00!Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

Just had my eye brows waxed again by Sarah and must say she is by far the best person I’ve had wax them. I dread having them done cause I don’t like the pain but completely pain free with her. Thank you  10/10

Had my nails done recently and had such a wonderful visit. My nails look fab, the staff are so friendly and chatty. Made me feel really relaxed. Great experience and I'll be going back.

Paid to have gel nails done and they didn't even last a week - very disappointed!
