Horrendous all-round experience. Uneven haircut-like it was hacked at blindly. Went back for them to 'fix' with different person-rude, unprofessional attitude, although even she said the first cut wasn't right. Cut it exactly the same way but shorter:cut into my hair with texturising thinning scissors... before even asking and then feathering the ends with vertical cutting to make it even more thin-hours of wasted time. Went to nearby salon for them to check and they were horrified and basically said it was a mess and that I need a refund. On returning for a refund, without wanting to make a scene, I was basically shouted at! ... whilst other customers were having appts! Felt like I had to fight for a refund and intensely justify even with a visible mess on my head. Awful customer experience, incredibly unprofessional and now I have been left with a lot shorter hair than I had wanted as this was the only way this other salon could fix the mess. Will never trust my hair or step into that place again and will advise anyone against it. Friends have also told me of disappointments
