It was my first time visiting Jess in the salon and I have to say it was fantastic. Jess is so approachable and easy to talk to, I felt completely comfortable in her capable hands. Let’s talk nails! The nails were beautiful! I went for something out of my comfort zone, from short square to long coffin! I was so impressed with the outcome and Jess is so meticulous you can tell she has a real passion for the work she does. This was a fab visit! And I got engaged the next day! Can’t say that was solely down to the nails though ha ha. The loyalty card was a great factor too! Will be returning for sure! Thank you Jess & Beauty Box
I came for my first appointment almost 3 weeks ago and my nails were in a dreadful condition due to years of picking them and using hand sanitisers… Jess rose to the challenge though, she’s embarked with me on this journey and she’s been amazing! She was so precise with the application of gel colour even on tiny nails - no spillage of colour whatsoever! - and her hand was very delicate throughout the whole process. I came back today and was amazed by the results I already obtained. It’s just the start of my nail journey, and I’ll be definitely coming back.
I have been getting my nails done by Jess since September 2022 and she is truly amazing. She takes her time with making my nails look gorgeous and is always open to hearing my input on the nails, which always turn out as expected. I just love this place! It’s my second home. I have been coming here for years and not once have I complained.. you can’t, all the ladies are just lovely, services are spot on and very welcoming. Easy to talk to and always there to give sound advice. Akwaa has been doing my nails for a very long time and her expertise are on point!! She makes my hands look pretty and helps me pick out the colours when I am indecisive! Brilliant to chat to, I do nothing but giggle with her :. You will fall in love with this place.. and the staff .. all AMAZING! x
Jess was incredible, she took such good care of my nails, made sure it was exactly what I wanted. She is a lovely person, made me feel very welcomed. All the girls are very nice and chatty. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this place. Thank you Jess! X
Staff is absolutely lovely, place is very clean and I loved the results! Unfortunately I’ve never experienced something like that before, full set of lashes £60 worth lasted around a week.. my visit was on last Tuesday and I basically have 5 lashes left. I made sure to follow proper way to take care of it so I’m confident it wasn’t me who caused it falling off.
Went in for the holiday package, first time in the beauty box shop and I was so impressed. All of the staff are super friendly, a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Emma went above and beyond for my treatments. She made me feel very comfortable throughout my wax/mani/pedi answering all my questions and putting me at ease and just being super friendly and putting the effort in to talk and have a laugh too. The best beauty salon in Leicester, they truly take care of you. Honestly couldn’t recommend more.
