I had a skin consultation with Stacey yesterday, it was supposed to be 15 min slot but was almost 30 mins which I was super grateful for.  Stacey listened to my concerns and asked lots of questions about my skin and the issues I am concerned with.  She spent time and effort searching and recommending the right skincare products for me and explaining what each one was for and how each should help my skin.  So helpful, knowledgeable  and insightful...thank you so much.

Waiting for the parcel for 2 weeks to find out that it had been returned to the sender. Here's me hoping that the refund won't take as long! In the end I ended up replacing the order on a German website and got the product at half of the price!

Ordering and delivery is very swift. I have also used the online messaging and email service for advice and received a response within 24 hours. The website gives very concise information about the products but if you are concerned whether a product is suitable advice is freely available. This gives me much more confidence in purchasing products.

I booked in for a skin consultation with Stacey who was amazing. Stacey listened to the problems I’d been having with my skin and recommended a wide variety of products that would help me. After using the recommended products for a while now my skin has never been better.  Stacey was polite, welcoming and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process, would highly recommend.
