My Husband is on fortisip drinks 2 a day and they only sent 4 bottles for over Xmas and we are still waiting for the rest of the prescription which was put in on 23 Dec. My husband does not eat anything else. This is disgusting because we managed to get some on line because we had to. Really not Impressed

Yesterday I took my 90 year Mother - who has dementia - to your pharmacy as she had an appointment for her Covid booster. We arrived - as did someone else at the same time - to find a scrappy handwritten note on the door saying that 'all vaccinations had been cancelled by the NHS'. This is in direct conflict with the NHS website screenshot attached which says all vaccinations appointments were going ahead and if not it was YOUR responsibility to contact us. Shame on you - I am really tempted to go to the local press and see what they think of your 'customer service'

Took a couple of old people for their Covid and flu jabs. Appointment was for 12 o’clock. We had to join a very long queue of elderly people all over 75 most in their 90’s waiting for their jabs too. They also had appointments. Took well over an hour to get to the door. These poor elderly people, some barely able to stand were out in the elements. At no point did anyone come out to check if everything was ok. I took a chair from the place next door for one old man who could barely stand, to walk with and lean on. Very, very bad experience.

Me and my good lady have just been for our 2nd covid Booster. Very friendly and well organised. Would recommend Filey Bay pharmacy.

I visited the pharmacy today with my children to get covid vaccinations. My daughter is very scared of the needles, but the wonderful man who looked after us there created such a nice atmosphere, was so kind and professional in what he does, that the vaccination was completely calm and my children left the pharmacy smiling. Thank you and we highly recommend this vaccination site.

Had my Covid jab at this pharmacy... quick, professional, helpful staff....a bit packed with folks inside at the time but that was to be expected.....

I have been using Filey Bay now for some time, my experience is not a good one, the same problems over and over again, I have been on medication for over a month with an illness that hospitalised me. My medication ran out on the 2nd November. On the 5th November the doctor prescribed different medication, on the 8th November I rang them on the morning to be told my prescription was there and would be delivered that day, It never arrived so now I have had over a weeks gap with no medication for an illness that put me in hospital of which I have been left to suffer.
