I would just like to say a huge thank you to Alan who works at this store. We have just arrived for a family holiday and Alan was most helpful and friendly. He shared some great info about Filey and recommended some good places to eat. Thank you Alan for being so friendly...wonderful customer service.
It's local and handy for doing a big shop , but if you need a wheelchair , don't bother they don't have one ,, nor do they have the ride on for disabled people ,,, it's not equipped for anyone that needs help doing there shopping ,,,, that's why I have given 3 stars , my sister can't walk due to an accident 55 years ago , I need help taking her round the store , the staff see me , but don't help me
For me not a local in the area this store was small for a Tesco! Nice fresh look inside however didn't offer anything unique or special in my opinion. It was hard to find when using sat nav for some reason as you only follow directions on the screen. However it provided a place for a good range of products and reasonable prices
This is a medium-sized Tesco, very close to Filey train station. There's plenty of parking, a couple of cashpoints outside and the store covers pretty much all general grocery needs, although it was quite busy even in the middle of a weekday. Staff were all very helpful.
Have people no manners in Foley? Just been in Tesco. The security guard politely brought attention to two individual customers. One ignored him and the other was quite rude. Not impressed.
