Rang up and asked about closing times and pricing. I asked if it was a good time to come in as there was only 30 mins left until they closed, to which I was told it was a "perfect time". After a 10 minute walk I entered the store to find a big queue and told that they wouldn't be able to cut my hair today as they're closing soon. Massive waste of time and wish they'd have been honest from the start. I'm more than happy for anyone from the shop to contact me about this.

Been going here for years and never had a bad cut until today, a man who was older that I’ve never seen in there before cut my hair and kind of murdered it

Not good. the lady was quite rude and seemed completely disinterested in her job, It seemed like I was interrupting her day. The cut was so bad I had to go and find another barber (modern and traditional barber) round the corner to sort it out. This place is obviously cheap for a reason!
