Sadly a very negative experience. Hair looked like a 70s tribute cut. On a good day I looked like a Bay City Roller. On a bad day I looked like the chuckle brothers. They were not interested in helping... Well I could have wait three and a half weeks for an appointment. At least they could have spared five minutes to assess and advice.

The staff here are delightful and very helpful My mother is 87 and is treated with care and respect.
