Absolutely horrified by this company's after sales care! They were very pleasant during the sales process, but when we reported a design flaw (opening the fridge door dislodges the adjacent microwave oven door, requiring a visit from a Neff engineer) they showed little interest in resolving the issue. When we chased them, Jay (the director) came to our house and was very aggressive, basically calling my wife and I stupid! Whether we agree or disagree about the stupidity(!) of opening a fridge and microwave oven door simultaneously (in a busy family home) - this behaviour is completely unacceptable! My wife and I were astounded!
