Used this takeaway on and of for years goes through stages of been good and bad but noticed recently they have started just leaving the phone to ring and ring or I assume take it if the hook instead of being curtious and picking the phone up and informing you that unfortunately they are very busy and unable to take any further orders at the moment !!! Bad customer service !!! My daughter ordered on line and waited over an hour and a half only to receive a message stating her food would not be arriving and she would have to order from somewhere else!!! So people a much better takeaway with100% better service can be found on Bradford road and goes by the name of MILANOS !!!! Napolina going to lose customers for simply not answering the phone and being honest 😡😡

Accidently ordered the wrong pizza through just eat and rang them up to a rude man. Who said the pizzas no use to me. I explained what happened for them to say there not magicians and would not replace the pizza. Absolutely shocking customer service would give it 0 stars if possible
