We have tried different cattery’s but Ark is the best by far. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to show us around prior to booking. It was very clean and the cat spaces with big with an outdoor area. But what really sold me is how he described each cat that was staying there at the time. He seem to know all their personalities and what they needed. I knew our cat would be well cared for and he was indeed.

Our cat floss has come home so content and the owners are so friendly, we will most definitely use your service again. From the time of booking, the pre visit and drop off everything was very professional and welcoming. Lovely well kept areas for the cats with space indoors and out. We had a horrific experience previously with a cattery so was weary to use one again. Thank you for looking after a well loved family cat. We don’t fee guilty for a holiday now as I feel like his had one too in your 5* cattery.

We used the ark cattery recently for a small trip, our cat Draven only stayed with them for three days but he came back looking super healthy and was super happy not traumatised!. Melinda was very good upon booking and asked lots of questions about our cat and Steve was very friendly on the phone and upon drop off! Very good price with food included and seem like a lovely down to earth couple. The only thing would be I would have liked to come in to drop our cat off to see where he was going to be and get him settled as you only drop off at the gate but wherever he was he seemed very content, would definitely use again in the future!

Steve and Mel run a great cattery at The Ark Cattery. My cat Bertie is very shy and can be a little feisty at catteries as a result, but was well looked after by them both and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future. Highly recommended.

Steve was my hero. Our cat Lily was due to stay with our daughter but she was unable to have her. So the day before we were due to go on holiday I rang Steve. We were in luck he had, had a cancellation.  Steve reassured us that Lily would be fine, he asked what food she preferred and biscuits etc. Made sure all her injections were up to date. When we dropped her of he took her to her holiday home.  Steve kindly let us pick her up a little earlier due to M25 bring busy and his wife Melinda explained how Lily had been, when she had eaten etc.  We will happily leave Lily at The Ark in future and found them very friendly and caring. Great value to.

Prior to our cats staying at The Ark Cattery we were able to have a look around and it was a great place. Cats have individual inside/outside secure spaces. The owners asked lots of questions about our cats when we dropped them off on the first day and when we collected we were given details of how the cats had been, how much our cats had eaten & how settled they were. The owners Steve and Mel are very friendly and would definitely use the Cattery again

This cattery is excellent and the owners Steve and Mel are very kind and caring. My two cats are very nervous but seem to settle very well here all due to the patience and affection shown by Steve and Mel. I am now able to relax whilst away knowing that Rod and Rufus are being well cared for and are settled.

We regularly use The Ark for looking after our cat when we go away. He is always well cared for and it's lovely that the pens have an outdoor part as well as inside. Our cat is a bit fussy with food but The Ark is very happy to serve up his fave foods and make him comfortable

Holiday home for your cat. Our boy has never come back so chilled from a Cattery. Usually displeasure is shown but relaxed and happy cat.  Great runs and without side space.  Fussy foodie not a problem either.  Our first choice without a doubt for the next holiday and a happy cat.

The Ark Cattery is a lovely place . I know my cat is well looked after in a safe, secure place and given affection. You couldn't ask for anything  more
