Old fashioned service at it's absolute best. How lovely to be able to pick up the telephone and have a question answered by a real person, who seemed to know their product catalogue inside out. Order arrived within 3 days and in impeccable condition. Thank you very much. Highly recommend and will certainly be returning.

Suitcase failed to be delivered three times as promised. Didn't let me know the suitcase ordered out of stock from manufacturer, only found out when phoning in, two days left before departure. Also, they sent me a wrong item - a rucksag instead of a bum bag. Phoned in to resolve return problem as flying out the following and away for more than 28 days. I was reassured by one of the bosses - return and refund will be arranged on my return. 6 weeks later when back home, found out they didnt give me the full refund as promised for the 'out of stock' item, they also deduct the amount of the 'wrong delivery' item (about £35) from the expected full refund amount. I telephoned them a few times, no reply. Sent them a long email, no reply at all. I am utterly disappointed by their service, which started out quite well as two other suitcases arrived promptly. My conclusions: 1) OK to order from them when the item is in their warehouse. 2) Don't expect them to tell you the progress of delivery. 3) Any problems, refunds, wrong delivery? Don't expect you will have all your money back. Good Luck! This is not a professionally managed company.
