Ordered vegetarian spicy pizza at home by justeat app. It came 20 mins before expected time and it was hot and tasty.

Food was cold and if this is what you call a lamb fillet kebab for £7 !! Disappointed  as food always been nice

Always had lovely food from this takeaway. Tonight no chicken on my chicken kebab, telephoned and was sorted no problem and was delicious!! Will keep using this takeaway and recommend to all . Polite delivery drivers also .

Just ordered and given a price of £7.50. Order came and was charged £10. I phoned to ask why and to say our food was cold. I was told minimum order is £10 and if we wanted hot, cheaper food we should drive here and collect our food ourselves. Cannot believe how rudely  I was spoken too. We have been using Appetizer for the last 20 years. So disappointed with the service..

Absolutely disgusting!!! Terrible communication and the worst language barrier I’ve ever known! Have no idea why they have someone answer the phone who doesn’t understand a word of English! Was told half an hour and waited over an hour for the food to arrive, when we called to see where the order was the man with terrible English was rude, only seemed to answer with ‘hmmm’ and just put the phone down on us. The pizza eventually arrived and was cold! Didn’t taste fresh at all. Chips were cold!  Been using appetiser for over 10 years and certainly won’t be using again! Horrendous!

I order mainly of the just eat app very accommodating, food arrives earlier than expected. American hot pizza fab! No complaints from me and I order every week. Many thanks

Awful service.. , my daughter is currently waiting for a take away to be delivered that she ordered over 2 hours ago..  She calls up to ask where it is and gets a grumpy man on the other end saying its on it’s way!! Nah.. Don’t bother, they not concerned about their customers or how they even speak to them.. Only put one star as I had to to get review posted!

Ordered within the last few minutes of justeat hours described. One pizza and drink. Order rejected. Thanks a lot. Set your hours earlier if you don't want to take online orders til the last minute.

we have used this takeaway for years and the food has been good i have always picked the food up .in the last few months  they misquote the prices  and the guy who is working there now is very very rude if you own this business  you need to have a word they are plenty other takeaways in northenden

The pizza was DEAD.. felt like a soggy a soggy bit of card board in my hand, chips on the other DEAD also tasted like fries to go. Don’t get me started on the can it was warm would of preferred a glass of puddle water.
