I have used this barbers for 4 years. Today I walked into the shop and Huseyin asked if I had an appointment, and I said 'no'. Note that the shop was completely empty. He then stated I needed an appointment. I stated, 'No problem, there are plenty of hairdressers who don't need appointment's. I don't have much hair, so I have a No.2 all over. I normally get charged £8 and I have been giving £15.00 to £20. At Christmas I actually gave Freddie £30 for an £8 shave, because I appreciate good customer service. However, in one minute, Huseyin destroyed the good customer service that Freddie had built up with me and I will never use them again. Huseyin, you are a barber, and customers don't need you, it is you that need them. As the owner, you would think you would know better and have more respect. There is a thing called Karma
Can’t fault the experience at Apollo Turkish barbers, been a loyal customer for a while, and whilst I’ve read a review about one customer complaining about ‘feeling valued’ to then slating Apollo Turkish barbers due to his bad experience based on the obvious facts that they wasn’t able to fit him in to a fully booked slot is beyond me, get off your pedestal John. Absolutely love this place, spot on, the guys are fantastic! what ever you want they will do it! Freddie is a diamond super character always have a laugh, like being in a gentleman's lounge!
