Idyllic pub on river with river facing garden, friendly efficient staff, good pub grub and great beer!

I love this place. It is situated in the perfect spot on the river, the view is gorgeous, the staff are friendly, and the pie of the day was delicious. Highly recommend!

Lovely location, great food and friendly staff

Went to Henly for a mooch and then went for lunch at the Angel as we were first in thay were only serving drinks which was desperately needed. We had the pick of where to sit. So it was right on the river seat. Drinks food and service of waiters was excellent.

Lovely place to sit and have a glass of wine. Loos needs attention.

Great location right on the riverside, didn't eat here, but food coming to other customers arrived quickly and looked good. Reasonable prices for drinks and food.
