Thank you so much for such an amazing service from start to finish. I really am impressed with the level of customer service throughout the whole experience. Garton King were so prompt with answering all our questions about our Aga conversion and made sure it was all delivered and installed within our tight deadline, which we are really grateful for. The two guys who came to install were also brilliant. Friendly, polite, informative and got the job done quickly and left the kitchen very tidy when the left. All in all an excellent job and we are delighted, thank you. Highly recommend this professional company.
Alistair is the most wonderful helpful man who came out quickly did a brill job was so polite and kind and made my Aga sing again.

The worst after sales I have ever experienced. Do not buy from this detritus of a company. They promise you the world to the point you pay them, then under deliver and lie to you from then on. Garten King then try to tell you you are wrong, their customer services are excellent. You receive rude emails, letters and phone calls. Please find another Aga shop to buy from they cost a fortune and are luxury items, you will receive far from luxury service from Garten King.
The people that work for this company are rude, misleading and when you challenge them on their poor service regarding a significant order they are outright hostile. They also have a store in Exeter city. When I dealt with their "customer service manager" based at this second store he literally shouted at me down the phone before issuing a refund. If I could I would give them zero stars.
Visited their showroom at Darts Farm interested in buying the small AGA 60. Found all of the staff really helpful, attentive and the process from purchase to installation was straight forward, helped by their guidance throughout. Had a great experience and delighted with my new Dartmouth Blue AGA!! :
Dreadful customer service. AGA has a vent problem which results in scalding steam in the oven. Garton Kings response has been abysmal.
