The Aeronaut - part pub, part brewery, part circus. Entirely unlike anything you've seen before...
That same spirit of adventure that drove intrepid, turn-of-the-century pilot, George Lee Temple, to become the first Englishman to fly an aeroplane upside down, is now to be the inspiration behind a new pub located in the town of his birth. The striking Aeronaut pub in High Street Acton will not only pay tribute to Temple and all early pioneers of powered and unpowered flight, but will recreate some of the awe and wonder they inspired through the exciting interior and exterior design - unlike anything previously seen here. Pushing the boundaries of possibility won't stop at the Aeronaut’s eclectic design and entertainment: The Aeronaut will be also the home of the state-of-the-art Laine’s Brewery, which is turning out adventurous new ales - keep your eye out for details to come. Unique cocktails that recognise the history and quirkiness of English drinking and a food menu that contains only the most classic pub dishes, combine with the extensive beer range and memorable entertainment making the Aeronaut one of the most interesting and exciting destinations in West London. With a huge bar area packed with comfortable furniture upon which to eat, drink, make merry and take in the curiosities and happenings of this wonderful place, plus an incredible heated garden to do the same in the fresh air, the Aeronaut is turning the Acton pub experience upside down and flying it way beyond the clouds.
