I’ve been a few time for Sunday roast and the food is really good! This is a posh pub located in the most beautiful part of Ealing Broadway just in front of Ealing Common park. The staff is always been friendly and nice with a smile :- Atmosphere is lovely!
My family and I came here for NYE dinner. The ambiance was nice and chill. The food was great and portioned quite well. The drinks were also very good! Our server Nikita was friendly, accommodating, attentive and pleasant! It was overall a wonderful experience!
This pub has been around for many years or eating in common clearly they have done a lot of improvements, especially to the outside areas. The menu has improved massively.. and the pie I had was delicious
I went here for a Sunday roast on a long layover from Heathrow. Delightful pub with wonderful staff and atmosphere. And the roast! Every table had one and it was exactly what I was seeking. The porchetta with all the trimmings - divine! When I got there just after it opened, nearly all the tables inside were full but they were able to squeeze me in. The patio still had space. Dog friendly too!
We had a big family Christmas lunch. Firstly, we had such a wonderful lady serving us by the name of Taylor. She was absolutely fantastic, patient and very helpful. Most of the staff were friendly. I ordered a confit garlic foccacia, how it was advertised on the menu which was one slice of foccacia and the rest sourdough which was not advertised like that. The butter was brown but I thought nothing of it. I began eating and immediately tasted meat, I am a vegetarian. I checked with another member of staff she confirmed it’s chicken skin butter. She said is that ok, she apologised multiple times, then wanted to walk away. Then brought me butter. I had no offer to change it or anything. I haven’t eaten meat for over 25 years. What if someone has an allergy also, that could be life threatening. Overall, the food was okay, I didn’t enjoy the vegan burger and a few family members had the beef roast which they found to be chewy and not well cooked. Only decent thing was the sticky toffee pudding. I don’t think I would be going back.
