A fantastic place to stay. A very warm welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. A great nights sleep in a beautiful well equipped room and an amazing breakfast to finish off. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.
Had lunch with friend today. Lady serving, wish I'd got her name, was simply fantastic. She really went above and beyond. We were in for an age today and there was no pressure to leave. Food was hot and tasty. Toilet facilities were clean with lovely Scottish soaps. Would recommend :
Very nice food at very reasonable prices. Always large portions too. I have been here several times and staff have always been helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Having not been to the place for years, it has went through a really good make over, I think it's got the biggest beer garden in Paisley, food was amazing, really friendly staff, highly recommended. I can't recommend/rate the rooms as I wasn't staying there but I'm sure they are just as good as the downstairs area.Service: 5/5
Small room but it was only for me so it was big enough. Very clean and well decorated, will definitely visit again.Rooms: 5/5
