Omg they need to go teach McDonald's how to cook a burger because these burgers may be pricey but they are delicious and melt in your mouth tasty and the cheeseburger fries is an excellent idea! Definitely eat here
THE BEST BURGERS IN MANCHESTER this place does the most juicy, flavoursome, extra crispy patties .the choose is huge from simply cheeseburger to one between Krispy Kreme doughnuts life is good with these guys. My favourite is California Dreaming with their famous Big Bob's sauce and loads of bacon. It will ooze with flavours straight into your mouth you can see my previous reviews of the big giant like Almost Famous and these guys are actually better than them. Their patty is perfectly ground with the right ratio of protein to fat. I can't say more than they are PERFECT every time. First burger in my life that delivered looks great, taste great and it's super fresh. Well done
Service has really gone down hill. Can't get a response when orders are wrong/late/cold and they are arriving wrong/late/cold more than often. Won't be returning and would advise people to avoid disappointment and go somewhere where customer service exists.

Best burgers in the North West for sure. Highly recommend and a guarantee return visit. Pleasant friendly staff who are so helpful. Next mission for me is the 10 patty challenge that they host. Thank you That Burger Place See you again soon
We ordered our food through Uber eats when the delivery time stated 50 mins, once the order had been processed that quickly jumped to 80 minutes. 80 minutes came and went with still no food. We’ve tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer… such poor customer service. The restaurant shuts at 8, we ordered at 6:20pm we’re still sat here with no food 2 hours later, but the money has been taken from the bank. Absolutely disgusting… avoid this place. I wish I could put no stars !!
Walked in to a bunch of moody looking children all stood behind the counter. No customer service skills at all! The place was completely dead, not a soul in there. Told to go upstairs to the dining area. The dining area is very rough and ready to say the least. Once seated a child came upstairs and told us dogs weren’t allowed. Most places in the city centre are dog friendly guys!!! And considering you were totally dead I think you need the custom. Our dog is tiny and it was in a dog sling. More like your staff couldn’t be arsed and it was perfect excuse to get us out. Not happy!
To be fair to the restaurant I am amending my review, I'll keep the old one up as that was all accurate But the new review is a more fair reflection of recent orders. I did give this place another try and The quality was very good, honestly really good burgers. For some criticism The burgers were better when the restaurant used a whole piece of bacon rather than their "bacon rain" but the burgers do taste good. The amount of sauce on the loaded fries can vary, but quality and taste is good. The ordering may still be a little hit and miss as they were open but on one occasion I could not place an order? From previous experience huge improvement. It's probably petty but put an actual piece of bacon on the burger and that's another star on the review. Old Review: This place used to be really good, but the quality has become inconsostent and unfortunatly has noticably declined. And im not a huge fan that they switched from actual pieces of bacon on the burgers to what they call "bacon rain" Would definatly rather they brought the bacon back. It would be nice if this place returned to the quality it had just a couple of years ago, i really did like ordering from here. But no bacon, missing items on burgers ie salad, girkins etc and difficulty in actually ordering its often unavailable even when its open? Some minor changes and this place could be really good again but somewhat dissapointed in the last few orders.
Really disappointed. Turned up for dinner last night around 6pm and both venues were closed despite google saying they're open. Nothing on their social media pages either to highlight this. Be careful if you're dining in - as it's hard to work out when they're actually open?
