Stayed here for a single night.
They offer a free collection service from your home address, driver was most excellent in helping me open the door and even put my seat belt on and off for me.
the interior was a bit outdated, but the staff on the reception was most helpful, security was on high alert as i was searched and they looked after my valuables for save keeping. 
The rooms could have done with a but more colour, the bed and pillow was quite firm, but adequate and it suited me. Extra blankets are on hand!

Suits a low budget, toilets a bit basic, shared showers and all inclusive food and drink service  better then some hotels and residential properties in the Reading area.

My experience of this establishment is very different from others, my room must of been a lower grade room. The ensuite facilities were not up to scratch, Some thief had not only stolen the loo roll, but the toilet seat along with it, these hadn’t been replaced prior to my arrival. I was exercising & someone kept interrupting, asking if I needed anything, I kept declining their room service, ensuite was bad enough, so heaven knows what the food would be like. After speaking to the gentleman in charge, I decided to vacate the premises, they decided it best not to charge me.

Absolutely useless. The simple task of certifying a document was far too difficult.

Absolute crud two stolen bikes one Ipad cctv video evidence, identified one another in prison but no charge or evidence of prosecution or damages or compensation with holding info and no justice; this is just the tip of the iceberg of the level of corruption inherent in the police force, criminal justice and system in which we live, do not expect any justice from these guys, very unhappy and having to waste my time with the IPCC (commissioner), something I shouldn’t have to or have the time, energy or inclination to do so, by the time I even make a complaint all the criminals will be back out on the streets causing untold harm and damage and costing our society something that even I can not quantify!, disgraceful, why can we not add minus stars on these reviews people????, it’s cause even google does not want to admit that some things in life have negative or in this case degenerative connotations!!!

Gross negligence, incompetence and bureaucracy emanates from this place, be warned

Collection of corrupt police force! One police officer withholding evidence to make a false record on an innocent person, how many times has he got away with it!! Another police officer arrest, interviewed and charged the wrong person and tried to cover it up... He's since been removed from the force!
