Came into the shop. One night i ordered my food and to be honest here the girl that served me wasnt the nicest person. What had me thinking if you're that angry doing your job. Why are you doing it in the first place? Put that aside. I came in tonight. Absolutely no food whatsoever. Pies was all there was excuse was we have been sold out through telephone orders. To hell with the people come to the shop all the time
Delicious food at great prices... Immaculately clean shop and very friendly efficient counter staff
Used to be a great baker but went badly downhill after the Murdoch Allan takeover. Don't offer cut price bakery goods at the end of the afternoon anymore, so you pay full price for products that are going stale. On top of that I have on three separate upon getting home discovered I'd been given the wrong items. I've stopped going there all together which is a pity as it used to be fantastic. Byron Baker is the place for me these days. Absolutely faultless up there.
The employee present told us that half of the menu was unavailable for order even though we saw the items available. Additionally, she involved another customer in the conversation we were having and through her input made it into a hostile encounter. By the end, we were forced to retreat due to the present customer threatening us with violence and the employee backing him up and shouting to us about being under staffed even though we are in the same industry and know of the struggles. All in all it was a terrible experience that has changed our opinion about the bakery on a whole. I doubt I will be back while the same member of staff is in service. LG.
Absolutely amazing bakery n some really good people down there, loved their overall products but for me their strawberry tart is man of the match.
My son and I both love thains bakers and wouldn't go anywhere else
The food is really nice however the attitude of the staff says otherwise be prepared to have nice tasting food but expect really poor attitude from staff and management etc being told look at the state of you for not hearing a question they asked you
Fantastic Mac and cheese , great for a late night snack
Twice ordered from here and both times orders were cancelled with no explanation, ridiculous
