Not bad, but small portions and slow service give me reservations about visiting again. This is a pretty nice restaurant. The staff are friendly and polite, but not very attentive. They have trouble with English so it's not clear what's "included" or "complimentary". I believe our prawn crackers were complimentary. They were delicious, nice and crispy. The prawn pad Thai was really good, just browned enough to give it that extra tasty flavour, without burning it. But only three prawns? And there wasn't much of the rest of it. It was a really good meal, but I did pop to the kebab shop afterwards to fill myself up.

Really good Thai food! Prawn Pad Thai is great! Love the egg lattice they put over the noodles.. looks fun! I come here for lunch on occasions and have never had a bad meal. Reasonably priced and friendly staff! Give it a try!
I really enjoy thai food and it was great to find a place with amazing service and equally good food. Even when ordering food to go, the service is always exceptional, which makes the whole experience that much better. Very reasonably priced ! Will be returning for sure!
Amazing place, the staff were so kind with us and with the baby. The food awesome, the best discovery was the sweet corn, its fried but not heavy at all. The best pad thai that I've ever tried since i were in bangkok. 30 pounds for two person: 2 beers, 1 starter and 2 main dishes
I love the food here! The curries are delicious and not watery, and their salads always taste fresh. We've tried many things from the extensive menu, and so far all has been good, if not great. Definitely worth going.
After I saw many nice reviews, we decided to order Deliveroo on 10th Feb evening. We ordered several food from this restaurant. Some food was good but especially Pad See Eiw, Tom Yum, Som Tam Going Sod were extremely salty... I added water, and extra vegetables but they were still very salty... I don't like to throw food away normally, but I couldn't finish them at all... It is very sad that some food were tasty...
We went to Thai Terminal having read great reviews and seeing a newly available Groupon deal. Our experience was disappointing.  The service did not extend beyond hello, here's your food and then goodbye. After being shown to our seats, we were quickly handed a menu emblazoned with the groupon logo in huge font.  This was a first for me.  Having enjoyed plenty of excellent Groupon dining experiences in the past 2 years, I have never seen a restaurant label you as a "Groupon table" in this manner. Unfortunately this set the tone for the rest of the meal in us feeling like Groupon lepers - seemingly because we were not paying full price.  The portions were small 2 tiny chicken skewers for one of the starters.  The vegetable tempura was mostly peppers coated in a very thin layer of batter.  Whilst the mains were much better- my stir fried chicken with Thai holy basil was flavoursome with a good kick - the portions again left a lot to be desired. We have eaten lots of Thai in Hammersmith and we will not be returning to Thai Terminal.  Whilst Groupon deals are no doubt there to fill empty seats in quieter times, surely any restaurant should use this as an opportunity to showcase their service and pique curiosity to generate repeat custom.  Because we couldn't see the full menu and the service was so no existent, it didn't do it for us.
