TGIs is a safe place for food... I don't find it overly spectacular neither is it somewhat underwhelming. It sits right in the middle for me. I do believe that over the years the quality of the food has deteriorated as things just don't taste as nice as they used to, but hey as you get older your pallets tend to change. I digress... I always generally go for a range of starters and sides as I never seem to enjoy the mains.. I had quite a range of things with everything just being OK. The service at TGIs is always great, had a helpful young girl who was polite and respectful. Even my June plum cocktail didn't taste as great as it used to.. I used to go to TGIs just for that cocktail but it just was not the same. I started off giving this review a 4 but I think I'm going to end it off with a 3. As I say its a nice place to go for a quick bite with family or friends.. oh and don't forget to pay for your parking... pay and display no validating.
Disappointing. Overpriced and underwhelming. Haven't been here for a few years so thought I'd give it another go. Definitely not worth going for food but the cocktails were decent. The only good thing about the evening was our host was very attentive.
The food was absolutely worth the expensive price tag, it was delicious. Only thing I’ll say is if you come here to drink, be prepared to spend a lot on money. Other then that, the place is great. Atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly.
I had a fun little date here. It was nice, the food was good. My only issue is that the music could get too loud and you can hear people screaming at the top of their voices just to have a conversation. Overall, it’s a great place to hang out.
I haven't been to a TGI Fridays for quite a few years as I wasn't impressed by my first visit, and I can see nothing has changed. The food was ok but very expensive and were small portions. There wasn't any atmosphere, no real interaction from the staff either. I don't think I'll be returning soon.
Our food tonight was very poor. We ordered two burgers that were not only poor quality for £15.50 each, the size of the portion was incredibly small. We would have been better off getting Big Mac meals. The other meal in our group was the Steak, ribs and prawn. Again the portion size wasn't great for £24.50 but it was the quality that was a huge let down. The ribs were obviously from a very malnourished pig and the steak was so tough it would have been easier trying to eat a hockey puck. Despite asking for another steak knife, we had no joy cutting it! We did eat the burgers, we were very hungry after waiting so long. The steak remained uneaten. We did raise this issue with our waitress who did apologize but didn't do anything to resolve our issue. Very disappointing. The staff were generally good but very busy. This isn't an excuse for poor food quality and not offering a resolution to a concern over the food though.
Food was a bit bland to be honest. Ordered Maple bacon and Cheese filled Potato skins, couldn't taste anything but potato and the corn dogs were just okay. Although filling the food was just okay taste wise. Service from the cocktail bar was great Good choice of drinks and the server was a delight to talk too.
Absolutely amazing everyone was lovely & so friendly it was my birthday they made it extra special. Will deffo book 2 to again & there is 2 woman who work there made it extra special so I'm going to be writing to who ever I need to get them so recommended they made me feel at ease
Food was very good first time coming here ,will return Parking: There was plenty of spaces
Food never disappoints, always amazing. Although we had booked for a particular time we still had to wait nearly half hour for our table and the restaurant was almost empty at the time so not sure what happened there. But the children were occupied on the motorbike and looking at the Halloween decorations. Service was very good once we sat down.
