It's a petrol station. There's a super creepy dude who works there and used to say he liked me, he wanted my number and would say "I better see you soon" when I was leaving and he wasn't saying it in a joking way so I don't go here anymore... But they did have decent selection of food, drinks, an ATM and the petrol station sells petrol so they get an extra star for having a bit more than the bare minimum
