Nice looking store and clean forecourt for the petrol station. Has a Costa coffee machine and a Subway in the shop. Amazon lockers at the side of the building but limited parking. Staff are always polite, friendly and helpful.
Filled up a wagon went to pay with fuel card but the card wouldn’t work so I got another card brought out to me and that wouldn’t work. The person before me had the same problem with his fuel card. The garage attendant would not accept that the card reader must have been faulty. Filled out a form so that the company could pay the bill and was told that there would be a administration charge. I wonder how many other people have been hit with this charge because the fuel station card reader didn’t work.
Daylight robbery. 10 ltr Adblue was £33. You can get it from between £20 - £25 from Tesco etc and for £18 - £20 from most motor factors. I understand that their is a price for convenience, but these private forecourts are now more pricey than company operated ones.
What a shocking petrol station this is. Most pumps don't work, and the amount of time I've seen people filing up whilst using the mobile and I've confronted staff there and told what we do. Here's an idea, tell them there not aloud to use the mobile
Had a flat at 2am, the night chap was a star, he let me park it up so I could taxi to work for me to return at 2pm with a man with a new tyre. Thanks Shell you really helped me out with the parking spot and a really jam this morning. Xxxx
