It's a garage with fuel. It had diesel. My car accepted this diesel like a desperate hooker looking for work. Overall a good garage!

I have been a regular customer here since moving to the area but I was appalled today at how I was treated in the store by the female cashier who has zero customer service skills. I used the Costa machine which clearly says on the sign, pay at the till after you've made your order. The lady told me once my drink was pouring that the card machine was not working so I explained I had no cash. She then was extremely rude, said that I had to pay and couldn't leave the drink. I said she should've said about the card machine when I first walked in the shop! She then argued with me saying the Costa machine said pay first which I explained isn't true and showed her the machine. She continued to be extremely rude and didn't even apologise when her colleague told her to leave it and that I was a regular customer. I won't be stepping foot back in here again. I've never been spoken to so rudely. I urge you not to use this shop when the female cashier is working. Such a shame as her male colleague is polite and friendly.

I only use this garage when I'm really desperate. Every time I visit, the cashier is on the phone and won't interact with customers at all. Today I was trying to explain that there was a problem with the pump but was completely ignored. Terrible service.

Service without a smile at this service station. I tried to buy a lottery ticket but the cashier hadn't got a clue and had to call his manager. After 7 minutes I could see that I would not make the deadline on time so I walked out. It's useful that it opens late at night but the inflated prices support this. I am yet to see the female cashier smile or look happy. Service could definitely do with some improvement.
