Despite buying petrol regularly from here, I was told by the young girl with dark hair and glasses that my parcel was too big to return; it was a small robotic vacuum! I had to go back home and see where else I could take it. The petrol station wasn’t busy but I think she couldn’t be bothered, unlike the other staff who are helpful. I will go elsewhere to return my parcels now. It’s not Texaco anymore either but something beginning with ‘V’.
Try not to post or collect from here if the manager is in, so rude me told two weeks ago do not pick up a parcel first thing as they are too busy, called in today at 1pm, she told me its the busiest time of the day and to come back later as it had not been booked in, showed her two emails telling me it was ready for collection, she told me its impossible I had received the emails bizarre still hoping to collect at some point, p.s machine has always got out of order. Extremely unpleasant woman, avoid if you can.
Don’t bother using the laundry machines on the property as you will be rudely ask to not park in the customer parking spaces even though you are a customer…. They lost busy because of this as I needed fuel in my vehicle and a gas bottle exchange shame on this company and staff for loosing business
Went in to collect a parcel, lady manager with red hair was absolutely lovely despite being visibly busy, helped me as fast as she could and was very friendly to me.nOther manager on the other hand is very rude so just mirrors the other reviews ive seen!
They advertise one price and charge you another. They do not make it clear that some pumps only dispense Premium fuels. They really need to put proper signage up.
