What can I say ,I been I Beeston I waited 2 hours in Costa coffee, telephone call ,I do apooapola but undunfortunat you will have to wait another 2 hours.Well ,I don't think so,I took key's back,adiós.I call to another garage ,yes they can do ,but I have leave it car and come back before 6pm.Ok adiós.I call to first garage for MOT.No problem job done in 1 hour.Thank you very much and I recommend to everyone.

I booked on line for a 1.00pm m.o.t. slot on 19th feb.Got there several minutes before and was greeted by a pleasant mannered, friendly,smiling guy.He confirmed my m.o.t. slot and said the garage would call when it was done.True to his word,I received a call around 2.30pm to say the car has passed and was ready to be collected.As I arrived in the yard some hour and half later,I was greeted with a hello,and a smile  from a mechanic.I went into reception and was handed the m.o.t. my car key, and I duly paid.If Carlsberg did m.o.t. stations/repair shops with a friendly, honest,reliable team, these would be it.I can highly recommend this team.When you have tried the rest, try these guys, because they are the best.Thank You guys for a fantastic courteous customer experience.

Quick, professional work that doesn't cost a arm and a leg. The guy running the shift was was friendly and also very helpful, going the extra mile to show me what had been done, to assure me that everything was done by the book and that i hadn't spent more than I had to.

Me and my family have been going to this garage for over 5 years and they are very professional and always call you before carrying out any extra work.  Fair prices for honest work and always have a bit of fun with guys, they are top blokes!
