Nice little site and only a short walk into town or to the Abbey, downside is that some parts of the site can flood if the river is high.

The site is very convenient for the centre of Tewksbury. It's also close to the M5 so convienent as a stop over when travelling up or down the country.  However the site is entirely on grass and can be rather bogey in places. Also for a caravan and motor home club site some of the pitches are bit small and the random layout can make access rather complicated.

Despite being in a popular location the facilities are very dated. Although, there are plans to build a new centralised shower and amenities the site gets very crowded.  I would say the town itself, and beautiful Abbey with its huge Romanesque tower and great eateries makes this a good place to visit during spring and summer season.  The site is prone to flooding on the odd occasion but the river levels are monitored and a well practised evacuation plan is in situ
