Rude staff. Lack of staff. Toilets are smelly. Range of stock is poor. Petrol station is an eyesore. And will not use it costs £120 to fill up a £60 tank also fuel price is higher than anywhere locally normally need other items from petrol station because it's unmanned you cannot get them until store is open. A poor excuse for store
Used the pay at pump petrol station as this is the only option. Very annoyed that the £120 that is taken at the start of the transaction was not refunded, minus the purchase price immediately. The helpful young man in customer services said unfortunately, due to Tesco's policy I may not be refunded for several days. As the pay at pump is the only option this is really not good enough.
Rude staff member at self service checkout, visiting this area popped in to get a few bits bill not far short of £50, staff member refusing to remove security tag from bottle of whiskey, said I need to pay then they will remove, ok fair enough I am the customer and manners go a long way, for 2 pins I felt like walking out and leaving the shopping there.nWill be contacting head office regarding this visit
Never overcrowded, easy parking. ATM, car cleaning, toilets and now a new petrol station almost ready. Friendly staff and always have enough choice of food and non food items.
We come here regularly for our week's shopping as they sell most things that we need. Their fruit and veg range is varied; we buy a lot of vegetables and they always looks fresh.nnThe staff are very helpful and friendly. Occasionally there are fewer people on the tills than we'd like, which means we have to wait a bit longer, but it's not that often, especially compared to Aldi!nnTheir range of flowers is also very good value and they usually last for at least a couple of weeks.
