Used to think it would rate better than one star but whose idea was it yi cancel Christmas in this store. I'm done with it. Aldi it is all the way now not only do they believe in inclusivity but their prices are way better.
I arrived with 10–15 minutes left before closing to buy one item and was refused entry by security, who said he would get in trouble if he let me in.nnThe store was still open. I’ve never been turned away before closing time at other supermarkets. This was unnecessary and poor customer service.
Big shout out to Travis and Zeyd who went above and beyond in delivering great customer service. I left my phone at self scans and they kept it safe, even though it was busy and hectic. This shows how great they ability is in being observant and delivering great customer service at the same time. I hope Tesco does see this and reward Travis and Zeyd. Once again thank you to these fine gentlemen.

Not the way to treat loyal customers Tesco Hill Street,Blackburn; Today I went to do my weekly shop and as usual went through the self service checkout. However, today I came across the rudest assistant on the self service checkout, when I asked for some ladies razors to be detached I was spoken to in a condescending manor and found his tone of voice very rude. I like to praise good service but not today. I was that annoyed and stressed on how I was spoken to in front of other customers I complained to a manager at customer service who said he would look into, but didn’t give me confidence. The manager didn’t take any of my details so probably won’t follow up on my complaint. For me I’ll vote with my feet and will shop else where from now on.
