Great TesconTesco Henley is your usual Tesco were you can pick up all the essentials and more. It is actually a decent size and had lots of amenities including cafeteria, toilets, etc.nWe really liked it and shopped here a few times whilst in this region.nThe parking is also very large so not problem to park.

The staff at Tesco are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always helpful. Eric recently helped me when I threw something away by mistake and he helped me go through the recycling crate! I really cannot thank him enough.

While visiting the store to do some shopping, I returned to my car to find that the battery had unfortunately died. As someone who lives three hours away, I was understandably quite stressed. I went back into the store and asked at the front desk if they could make an announcement to see if anyone had jump leads.nnThat’s when a staff member, Stacey, overheard and immediately offered to help. She said she had some in her car and was more than happy to assist. Along with her colleague Hari, they helped get my car started again — and thanks to them, I was able to make the long journey home safely.nnI didn’t get the chance to come back inside and properly thank them as I had to get on the road, but I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Both Stacey and Hari went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful.

Tesco Henley - You don’t have enough check out staff and your new Manual Self Service bulk check outs are absolute rubbish.nnWhy have I spent 20mins  trying to check out my family shop….?  Every item needs a store log in.nnAbsolute misery.  It’s a rubbish system, get rid of it and put staff on!!!

I left a bag of shopping on the back of my trolley, got home and realised that items were missing. I drove back to the store, fingers crossed that someone had taken the bag to Customer Servives. Someone had, THANK YOU. And to the staff at Henley that helped me once I had arrived. A big thank you to.
