Tried using scan as you go for the second time,as we are going to checkouts we scan the barcode and it comes up with scan 10 items so we call over a colleague to help and two of them just stood there chatting whilst the other came over once he had finished with another customer.when he scans his colleague card he proceeds to go through our shopping bags and drag things out scan them then throw them back in whichever bag he wanted not happy made a mess with things falling out of bags would have been easier to just pack myself and not bother with scan as you go.
Very disappointed. Scan and shop pointless as we had to queue with everybody else at the self service tills. If you can’t have a dedicated till for this it is pointless.
It’s so great but the one thing I don’t like about it is PINEAPPLE ON PIZZA GET RID OF IT!!!
Big store with wide range of goods.nParking is often very busy and the spaces are hard to come by. Leaving the carpark also a bit of an issue as the main road is pretty busy.nQuality of fresh produce not fantastic and often seems difficult to find things.nCheckouts usually fairly quick and theres soft plastic recycling which is significantly easier to use than any in Sainsbury's
The store was clean and tidy. I'm not a fan of the layout in this store. Coffee shop, toilets, timpsons, clothing all on site. Staff all friendly.
