Fed up with Staff who are doing customers home delivery shopping getting in the way and not apologising , they seem to think they have priority. What happened to customer service!!!

I can't find any chow mein I need it to feed my pet chicken. Also the bathroom stinks of shite

Cold cooked breakfast sent back. Utensils used by staff for serving were cross contaminated with different items meaning vegetarian  foods not segregated from meat products. All in all very poor.

I do feel the overall building needs smartening up a bit. It feels very drab and dated. The toilets are in a very poor condition. Not very clean and again overall appearance not very appealing. Morrison's in Alness on the other hand very nice store and staff always cheery.
