Friendly helpful staff with good knowledge base and are more than happy to help. Good range of bikes and equipment for all types of cyclists. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for a bike or for getting bikes serviced etc.

Bought 8 mountain bikes for the school I work in along with helmets, gloves etc etc. Very helpful, relaxed and friendly service that included improving the spec to match up with the incorrect one published on the manufacturer's website. I now have a VERY excited bunch of kids :)

Very helpful and efficient. My wife's bike needed a wnheel replaced and the gears adjusted. Done within the hour at a very reasonable cost. Well worth the 190 mile round trip from Scourie! (At least it was chucking it down with rain all day so we didn't feel too deprived). Thanks a lot guys.

Really friendly and efficient staff, informative for me in areas I didn't know about without being too overwhelming. Definitely worth visiting over big bike stores that don't seem to care much about individual customers.
