I go to this store regularly. Usually early morning and sometimes during the day. I want to say that I have alway found the store immaculately clean and a pleasure to walk around. Whilst all of the staff are cheerful and helpful the lady who cleans the store deserves particular praise. She gets around the store and never gets in the way of shoppers giving way to everyone. I think she deserves particular praise.

Friendly and staff have been very helpful to me as i have mobility issues. Smaller store than those open 24hrs but very useful to me as my local shopping place. The refit last summer has freshened the interior up with better chillers. My only bad point is "why are the new lights never on in the car park ?" .....it tends to be quite dark in this area and if i am on my own i do feel bit uneasy when returning to my car. Fix this Tescos and it would have been 5 🌟

I normally go to the larger Lunsford Park store in Larkfield, but I sometimes pop to the Tovil store as it's nearer. The cashiers here are always friendly and helpful. The fair haired lady replenishing the fruit and veg is super helpful. The one negative point is the lack of lighting in the car park - you really need it in the dark evenings there, as it feels a bit frightening when you're on your own.
