Hi, I would like to thank a wonderful Tesco employee called Stephen for all his help today for two pensioners one 90 this week!nStephen went out of his way to help us find products and was such fun, he made the shopping experience a delight. It’s no wonder Tesco has loyal customers when it employs great staff!
Me and girlfriend are writing this on Valentine’s Day because we are so passionate about how rude David the old man is every single time we visit this store. There is also an older lady that’s made just for David, they’re like a great valentines couple. They’re like a pair of miserable ‘special’ socks that are found underneath a boys bed. They should get together and have a nice miserable life. But basically David is unhelpful, rude, does not smile at you at all, quite aggressive when talking to you. Anyway, not my proudest tug. I think David needs to retire. We left some skiddies in the baby changing toilet for you mate, if someone else cleaned it just know David caused it.
Very disappointed. After the first time I used their scan and go system, the staff had to re scan my entire shopping. Ended up overstaying in the car park which got me a £90 fine. When I tried to explain the situation at the customer service desk no one showed any interest on helping.
Aaron was so helpful he guided me towards a product I was struggling to find and when I was shopping near him he was helping so many other people like getting something from the top shelf for an elderly lady, to helping someone else find their shop. A lovely gentleman who deserves to be acknowledged for his hard work : 02/05/2026 10am on shift
Went into Tesco shopping on the 6th June, i saw some tesco finest pork with pineapple salsa, after looking the date on them all was 3rd June, there was a tesco worker behind me so said to him these are out of date, he said thank you but didn’t even ask me if he could see if there was anymore in the back, he just took them away. I would of thought he would of asked if he could look for me. Customer service 0.
