I do think these stores should offer toilet facilities, not just tesco, all of a erasing size, cafe or not. Nice large car park.
Trip to Tesco won’t be coming backnSaturday 3rd August self service tillsnStarted to use an unattended till to be rudely told this is in use !! Although nobody was anywhere near itnWent to a different till had something needed authorisation was made to wait even though the very rude lady was looking at me.nI said out loud she can see me but she is ignoring me. Another member of staff then authorised the till and said something then went running to the awkward member of staff and told them I was upset by them. The rude member of staff decided to very rudely come up to me and say have I upset you. I said have I said anything to you ! She then repeated the question and I said have I said anythingnnShe then said oh go awaynnTesco you need a good shake up here extremely rude staff
Lovely staff, always organised and the store is never messy! Toilets could do with more care though :

The customer service is very bad I bought a box of 24 diet Coke 3 of the cans were unopened and empty when I took them home and put them away I took the empty box and 3 cans with the receipt and was told I would have to take all the cans back to get an exchange as they didn't sell the cans separately other stores or the correct procedure would be to take 3 cans out of another box to save customer going back also the bakery was empty and was told the Baker was off and only goes in on Tuesdays and Thursdays I went in these days and he/ she still wasn't in I can not wait until the new aldi is built as tesco isn't worth been there also if you go to self scans and an error arises staff are stood talking or have disappeared
