Tesco superstore is our favourite & only superstore we go to. The prices are great and deals are good too, The Tesco clubcard also helps us build up our points at the end of the year, but a 1p a point sometimes I wish it were 2p like boots we have most of our Christmas shopping covered by this. Although sometimes it would be nice & helpful if you could give loyal customers double or even triple points a little bit more often depending on how often they shop with you
Fantastic superstore. Went in yesterday to do my shopping and everything is easy to find, they have so many good ranges of products I found it hard to choose but that just me being fussy. Would highly recommend.
A good Tesco store. There are toilets and a costa inside which is now back open for fine in after lockdown closure. There is a white variety of produce available here. The staff aren't the best, a lot of then who stock the shelves or are moving stock around the store have no regard for the people who are shopping in store, they barge past you with their big stock trolleys, or push past to get stock on the shelves. Very rude. But overall, the experience here Is okay.
Took the meal deal to the till to be told it wasn’t included I said well why is there a label saying meal deal it’s false and I was looked blankly by a gormy looking guy to be told choose one with yellow label and he never even took other label away disgusting service!!
Typical town centre superstore in the St Paul's District of Cheltenham. Ample parking and recycling area, three hours free car parking and Pod Point 7, 22kw and rapid charging points. Superstore has a pharmacy, Costa coffee and photo services and customer toilets. Availability was very good and the staff were freindly enough.
Third time and the self service goes down at the end of my shopping. Self service staff ignored me when all l wanted to ask was when will it be back up and if l can hand my device back. After walking round the store for 5 more minutes l was ignored again. I gave up and unloaded my bags through the checkout till. After loading my car l realised l still hand the hand device so l went back in. This time l explained to Customer Service want had happened and handed back the device. I was told to take it back to the staff members who had been ignoring me. I said l would not at which time l was told my card will be blocked. What an appalling experience, l spend hundreds of pounds a month in Tesco and due to your software failure l get treated like this.
Rather annoying that you have to wait in a long queue to pay for goods if your paying with cash. It seems to me they are trying to eliminate cash payments instore for favour of card payments.
A very bad experience. I understand they try to save electricity by keeping the blinds down on all the fridges during the day but I have never seen that happen in any other store in the country. During Coronavirus times it is the most counterproductive thing to do, especially when these blinds are not transparent and people with vision problems like myself take double the time to do cold fridge shopping. Every single time I wanted something I would have to open the blinds on the fridges and close it, this made me touch around more than 2p blinds. During Coronavirus this is the worst thing you can implement when you have hundreds of shoppers touching each blind every day. Adding onto that It's natural all shoppers wear masks and the ones with glasses find it even more difficult with these full grey colour blinds on every isle. Fine for people who just need to buy 1 or 2 things from here but when you need to buy many it just makes it so frustrating and unsafe. Especially when you don't even label the products properly with the blinds in place, do you expect each and every customer to remember where things are kept? I did complain to someone there but he couldn't understand me as he spoke a foreign language. Don't blame him, the management should know better before implementing such a ridiculous store policy.
Love the shop, good variety of products 3* given is due to the cashier shouting at me: "This till is card only is that ok?!!!!!" after I did not hear her from the first time. Also, did not acknowledge me when it was my turn to pay
Worst experience ever....if you got cash in this store its impossible to pay they make the self pay machine to be only card as they want to you pay only card....the bakery its always empty no staff....everyone its just so slow.....never going back ...
