Small store bigger than local but good choices in the main and helpful and friendly staff
Dropped my husband of at work on the 26.7.2024 it was 6.15 so thought I would call in for a few bits I was looking for some black bean sauce where all the fresh packed veg are they was a member of staff filling all veg and salad I asked him if he had any he said it’s showing we have got and he found it for me the man said have you done the scan your shop I said oh no don’t want to do that he said it’s so easy so left my trolly and went over he showed me how to scan and next think I was scanning my shopping and putting it in to my bags I didn’t think it would be so easy I would like to say a big thankyou to this man I don’t know his name but he deserves a big pat on the back what a lovely man if they is an award this man deserves it so much
Opening times at 6am it is very convenient store! It’s just a walking distance from the house. The annoying thing is that the other exit door was always closed every Sunday, that made the town appear sad or ghost town.nnWhy was the north side entrance is closed? Since covid the management are becoming more lazy to open the exi/entra door? Come on wake up! Get that door open 7days/week.
Horrible set off staff. Not a tooth or brain between them! Arrogant, rude, jobsworths
I shop here often. My last visit this morning going through the self service checkouts the shop assistant was both rude and clearly frustrated at the updated system. Although that was not my problem, but I was made to feel uncomfortable and stupid. Totally disrespectful and lacking customer service skills! Disappointed in Tesco management of staff workers to ensure they promote a good retail experience for their customers!
