I like the superstore, friendly staff which is great, but now on 3 different occasions the restaurant is not serving the menu due to different excuses like I've hurt my hand or the cookers are broke and I can only do you a sandwich or coffee and a scone, I've spoke to a staff member at the exit area about this, they were great and said do you want to speak with a manager, I said to be honest I won't eat there now as you feel uncomfortable when you make a complaint, and I genuinely ain't a person who does but 3 times is too much to not mention this, il still use the shop but avoid the restaurant
I have finally been converted to Tesco. I am old, however I would like to Thank their mobile shop who were beyond the best. I was served by George who I can only describe. To deal with customers like me he deserves an award. Thankyou.
Arrived at checkout with a friend sharing the trolley, went through checkout separately but when the checkout staff came to my packet of Neurofen I was told I couldn’t buy it as my partner had two packets of pain killers. I explained we were not a partnership both having different surnames and different home addresses. A supervisor turned up and confirmed as we were a partnership I couldn’t buy the tablets. Do Tesco staff always ignore what regular customers are telling them, I don’t appreciate being told they know better and that implies we were lying. Disgraceful.
The temperature was 24 outside & the heating was on in the Café. The staff said it can't be turned off or down & they were suffering from the heat as well as the customers. Ridiculous waste of money.
Terrible customer service. Was stuck as self checkouts for 5-10 minutes trying to use my club card with no one to help me. Looking at staff and waving and no one coming over to help. End up just walking out and not buying anything. Disappointed
