Excellent friendly and efficient service. Booked the day before online with good choice of tyres at reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
Like several others I found the attitude of the initial contact very abrupt and blamed me for not knowing where the locking wheel nut is normally kept. Disrupted everything everywhere but actually found within 2 minutes. Wouldn’t explain aspects of the tyres I asked about certainly not friendly customer service. However the recommended tyres seem excellent as was price and speed but I’m unlikely to return for same reason as others here. One person only it seems as fitters are fine.
I recently called the garage to inquire about purchasing tyres for my Range Rover, as my usual supplier did not have the size I needed in stock.nnUnfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The representative I spoke with was arrogant and rude. He even made a patronizing comment, saying, “Well done,” after I took less than two minutes to find the tyre size.nnAfter five minutes on the phone, I decided to end the call. If this is their attitude towards potential new customers, I don't want to find out their attitude towards work needed on my car.
2 new front tyres and tracking in super fast time and resonable cost . Very happy will continue use these guys. Thank you
